§21.71. Applicability and scope.
42 C.F.R. § 21.71
This subpart applies to officers in the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. The term “Public Health Service,” hereinafter shall be referred to as Service.
Its provisions pertain to officers of the Service under a call or order to active duty for a period of six months or more.
