§137.299. Are Federal funds available to cover the cost of Self-Governance Tribes carrying out environmental responsibilities?

Yes, funds are available:

(a)

for project-specific environmental costs through the construction project agreement; and

(b)

for environmental review program costs through a funding agreement and/or a construction project agreement.
