§137.20. What is required during the planning phase?
42 C.F.R. § 137.20
The planning phase must be conducted to the satisfaction of the Indian Tribe and must include:
legal and budgetary research; and
internal Tribal government planning and organizational preparation relating to the administration of health programs.
