§137.121. What funds may be included in a stable base budget amount?

42 C.F.R. § 137.121

The stable base budget amount may include, at the option of the Self-Governance Tribe,

(a)

Recurring funds available under section 106(a) of the Act [25 U.S.C. 450j-1] ;

(b)

Recurring Tribal shares; and

(c)

Any recurring funds for new or expanded PSFAs not previously assumed by the Self-Governance Tribe.
