§1001.2004. Notice to State agencies.
42 C.F.R. § 1001.2004
HHS will promptly notify each appropriate State agency administering or supervising the administration of each State health care program of:
The facts and circumstances of each exclusion, and
The period for which the State agency is being directed to exclude the individual or entity.
