§302-9.204. Transporting a replacement POV from a post of duty that was purchased at that post of duty.

41 C.F.R. § 302-9.204

Agencies may authorize transportation of a replacement POV purchased at a post of duty from the same post of duty only if:

(a)

At the time the replacement POV was purchased, the employee met the conditions in § 302-9.171; and

(b)

Prior to purchase of the replacement POV, the agency authorized purchase of a replacement POV at the post of duty.
