§302-3.203. Eligibility to receive an allowance for overseas tour renewal travel.

The employee is on an overseas assignment outside the United States, and has completed the tour of duty and satisfactorily completed the service agreement time period; and

The employee has signed a new service agreement to remain at their overseas post outside the United States or to transfer to another overseas post of duty outside the United States; or

The employee meets the requirements and is eligible for tour renewal travel from Alaska or Hawaii under § 302-3.204.
