§302-11.303. Reimbursement for settlement of an unexpired lease.

To request reimbursement for settlement of an unexpired lease, employees must itemize expenses (list all expenses separately) on a travel voucher and submit the voucher to the agency.

When a lease is shared with someone else, reimbursement will be on a pro rata basis for that portion of the lease that the employee is responsible for.
