§302-11.300. Limit on how much an agency will reimburse for residence transactions.
41 C.F.R. § 302-11.300
Agencies will reimburse no more than:
Ten percent of the actual sales price for the sale of a residence at the old official station; and
Five percent of the actual purchase price of the residence for the purchase of a residence at the new official station.
