§301-71.303. Exceptions to collection of advance at travel claim filing.

41 C.F.R. § 301-71.303

Exceptions apply when an employee is:

(a)

In continuous travel status;

(b)

The agency reviews outstanding travel advances periodically (within 45 days or less); and

(c)

The agency determines and collects any excess balance beyond estimated travel expenses for the authorized period.
