§301-70.500. Governing policies and procedures for employee emergency travel.
41 C.F.R. § 301-70.500
Each agency must establish policies and procedures to determine—
When the agency will authorize employee emergency travel under part 301-30 of this chapter;
Who will determine if an employee's situation warrants payment for emergency travel expenses;
When and by whom travel to an alternate location other than the official station or point of interruption will be authorized; and
Who will determine when and if the definition of immediate family may be extended and to whom.
