§301-31.5. Allowable subsistence expenses.

41 C.F.R. § 301-31.5

Agencies may only pay lodging costs. However, the agency may pay for meals and laundry/cleaning expenses if:

(a)

The temporary living accommodations do not have kitchen or laundry facilities; or

(b)

The agency determines that other extenuating circumstances exist which necessitate payment of these expenses.
