§301-11.1. Eligibility for subsistence expense reimbursement.

41 C.F.R. § 301-11.1

Employees are eligible for reimbursement of per diem or actual subsistence expenses when:

(a)

Performing official travel away from their official station or other areas defined by their agency;

(b)

Incurring subsistence expenses while performing official travel; and

(c)

In a travel status for more than 12 hours.
