§105-9.120. Prohibition against intimidation or retaliation.
41 C.F.R. § 105-9.120
A recipient may not engage in acts of intimidation or retaliation against any person who:
Attempts to assert a right protected by the Act of this part; or
Cooperates in any mediation, investigation, hearing, conciliation, and enforcement process.
