§105-9.102. Scope of General Services Administration's age discrimination regulation (this part).

This part sets out General Services Administration's (GSA) policies and procedures under the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended, in accordance with 45 CFR part 90 (implementing regulations). The Act and implementing regulations permit Federally assisted programs or activities to continue to use certain age distinctions and factors other than age which meet the requirements of the Act and implementing regulations.
