§102-37.385. SASP coordination with GSA.

41 C.F.R. § 102-37.385

You must coordinate with GSA before selling or demanding payment of the fair market or fair rental value of donated property that is:

(a)

Subject to any special handling condition or use limitation imposed by GSA; or

(b)

Not properly used within 1 year of donation or which ceases to be properly used within 1 year of being placed in use.
