§102-37.200. Reporting unneeded, usable property for disposal.
41 C.F.R. § 102-37.200
When reporting unneeded, usable property that is not required for transfer to another SASP, provide GSA with the:
Description of each line item of property, current condition code, quantity, unit and total acquisition cost, State serial number, demilitarization code, and any special handling conditions;
Date you received each line item of property listed; and
Certification of reimbursement requested under § 102-37.215.
