§102-33.275. Development of performance indicators.

Your agency must develop performance indicators to measure the achievement of key aviation program objectives:
Measure the aviation program's contribution to the agency's mission;
Justify aviation program budget requests; and
Demonstrate the program's effectiveness and efficiency.
