§102-33.205. Reporting requirements for excess, replacement, or declassified aircraft in FAIRS.

When you report as excess or replace an aircraft you must report the change in inventory to FAIRS.
Within 14 calendar days of the date you dispose of the aircraft, you must report—
The disposal method;
The disposal date; and
The identity and type of recipient.
