§102-33.155. Recovering operating cost.

Under 31 U.S.C. 1535 and other statutes, you may need to recover aircraft operating costs for supporting other agencies. The method for setting rates will depend on the statutory authorities under which you acquired and operate your aircraft:
The variable cost recovery rate; or
The full cost recovery rate.
