§98.202. GHGs to report.
40 C.F.R. § 98.202
You must report emissions of the following gases in metric tons per year resulting from their use as cover gases or carrier gases in magnesium production or processing:
Sulfur hexafluoride (SF<I>6</I>).
HFC-134a.
The fluorinated ketone, FK 5-1-12.
Carbon dioxide (CO<I>2</I>).
Any other GHGs (as defined in § 98.6).
You must report under subpart C of this part (General Stationary Fuel Combustion Sources) the CO2, N2O, and CH4 emissions from each combustion unit by following the requirements of subpart C.
