§97.323. CAIR permit contents and term. — Inbound Citations

(1) If a CAIR NOX Ozone Season opt-in unit becomes a CAIR NOX Ozone Season unit under § 97.304, the permitting authority will revise the CAIR NOX Ozone Season opt-in unit's CAIR opt-in permit to meet the requirements of a CAIR permit under § 97.323, and remove the CAIR opt-in permit provisions, as of the date on which the CAIR NOX Ozone Season opt-in unit becomes a CAIR NOX Ozone Season unit under § 97.304.

Except as provided in § 97.323(b), the permitting authority will revise the CAIR permit, as necessary, in accordance with the permitting authority's title V operating permits regulations or the permitting authority's regulations for other federally enforceable permits as applicable addressing permit revisions.
