§97.30. Compliance certification report. — Inbound Citations

(1) X allowances by serial number. The NOX authorized account representative for each compliance account may identify by serial number the NOX allowances to be deducted from the unit's compliance account under paragraph (b), (d), (e), or (f) of this section. Such identification shall be made in the compliance certification report submitted in accordance with § 97.30.

(1) For the control period immediately before the withdrawal is to be effective, the NOX authorized account representative must submit or must have submitted to the Administrator and the permitting authority an annual compliance certification report in accordance with § 97.30.
