§96.372. Out of control periods. — Inbound Citations

(D) The permitting authority or, for a CAIR NOX Ozone Season opt-in unit or a unit for which a CAIR opt-in permit application is submitted and not withdrawn and a CAIR opt-in permit is not yet issued or denied under subpart IIII of this part, the Administrator may issue a notice of disapproval of the certification status of a monitor in accordance with § 96.372(b).
