§84.114. Exemptions.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this subpart, the regulations under this subpart do not apply to a regulated substance or a substitute for a regulated substance that is contained in a foam.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this subpart, the regulations under this subpart do not apply to two applications, mission-critical military end uses and on board aerospace fire suppression, as listed at § 84.13(a), for a year or years for which that application receives an application-specific allowance as defined at § 84.3.
