§80.1405. What are the Renewable Fuel Standards?

The values of the renewable fuel standards are as follows—
Except as specified in paragraph (c) of this section, EPA will calculate the annual renewable fuel percentage standards using the following equations:
For the 2026 and 2027 compliance years, EPA will calculate the annual renewable fuel percentage standards using the following equations:
The price for cellulosic biofuel waiver credits will be calculated in accordance with § 80.1456(d) and published on EPA's website.
