§790.97. Hearing procedures.
40 C.F.R. § 790.97
Hearing requests must be submitted using the method specified in § 790.5(b). Such requests must include the applicant's basis for appealing EPA's decision.
If more than one applicant has requested a hearing on similar grounds, all of those appeals will be considered at the same hearing unless confidentiality claims preclude a joint hearing.
EPA will notify each applicant of EPA's decision within 60 days after the hearing.
