Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance identified as propanedioic acid, [(4-methoxyphenyl)methylene]-, bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperdinyl) ester (9CI) (PMN P-95-1411; CAS No. 147783-69-5) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.
