Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance 1,4,7,10,13,16-hexaoxacyclooctadecane, 2-[(2-propenyloxy)methyl]- (PMN P-93-1208, CAS no. 84812-04-4) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.
The significant new uses are—

Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125 (a), (b), (c), and (k) are applicable to manufacturers, importers, and processors of this substance.
Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements. The provisions of § 721.185 apply to this section.
