Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance identified as 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione, 1,3,5-tris[3-(2-oxiranyl)propyl]- (PMN P-20-38, CAS No. 91403-64-4) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.
The significant new uses are—
Industrial, commercial, and consumer activities. It is a significant new use to manufacture, process, or use the PMN substance in any manner that results in inhalation exposure.
Specific requirements. The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph (b).
Limitation or revocation of certain notification requirements. The provisions of § 721.185 apply to this section.
