Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance identified as butanedioic acid, 2-methylene-, polymer with 2-methyl-2-[(1-oxo-2-propen-1-yl)amino]-1-propanesulfonic acid, sodium zinc salt (PMN P-18-285; CAS No. 2220235-78-7) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.

Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a) through (c) and (k) are applicable to manufacturers and processors of this substance.
