Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance identified generically as 1-butanaminium,N,N,N-tributyl-,2(or 5)- [[benzoyldihydrodioxo [(sulfophenyl) amino]heteropolycycle]oxy]-5(or 2)-(1,1-dimethylpropyl)benzenesulfonate (2:1) (PMN P-18-136) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.
The significant new uses are—
Industrial, commercial, and consumer activities. It is a significant new use to manufacture, process, or use the substance in any manner that results in inhalation exposure.
Specific requirements. The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph (b).
Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a) though (c), (i), and (k) are applicable to manufacturers and processors of this substance.
Limitation or revocation of certain notification requirements. The provisions of § 721.185 apply to this section.
