Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance identified as 1-octadecanaminium, N-(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)-N,N-dimethyl-, chloride (1:1) (PMN P-14-125; CAS No. 3001-63-6) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.

Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a), (b), (c), and (k) are applicable to manufacturers and processors of this substance.
