Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance identified generically as carboxylic anhydride, polymer with -hydro— hydroxypoly(oxy-1,2-diethanediyl), compd. with 2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido-[1,2-a]azepine (PMN P-13-378) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.

Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a), (b), (c), and (k) are applicable to manufacturers and processors of this substance.
