Chemical substances and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substances identified generically as complex strontium aluminate, rare earth doped (PMNs P-12-22, P-12-23, P-12-24, P-12-25, and P-12-26) are subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.
The significant new uses are—
Industrial, commercial, and consumer activities. A significant new use of the substance is a use other than manufacture, processing, or use where no more than 5 percent of particles are less than 10 microns.

Specific requirements. The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph.
Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a), (b), (c), and (i) are applicable to manufacturers, importers, and processors of this substance.
Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements. The provisions of § 721.185 apply to this section.
