Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance identified as 1-Propanaminium, N-(3-aminopropyl)-2-hydroxy-N,N-dimethyl-3-sulfo-, N-(C12-18 and C18-unsatd. acyl) derivs., inner salts (PMN P-04-141; CAS No. 691400-36-9) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.
