Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
The chemical substance identified as [1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-2-amine, 5,7-dimethoxy-] (PMN P-06-554; CAS No. 13223-43-3) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.
The significant new uses are—

Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125 (a), (b), (c), and (k) are applicable to manufacturers, importers, and processors of this substance.
Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements. The provisions of § 721.185 apply to this section.
