§710.47. When to submit substantiation or information on previous substantiation.

All persons required to substantiate a confidentiality claim pursuant to § 710.43(a) or (b)(1) must submit their substantiation not later than November 1, 2020.

All persons who seek an exemption under § 710.43(b)(2) must submit the information specified in § 710.43(b)(2)(ii) not later than November 1, 2020.
