§63.8545. When do I have to comply with this subpart?
40 C.F.R. § 63.8545
You must comply with this subpart no later than the compliance dates in Table 8 to this subpart.
You must meet the notification requirements in § 63.8630 according to the schedule in § 63.8630 and in subpart A of this part. Some of the notifications must be submitted before you are required to comply with the emission limitations in this subpart.
