§63.6130. How do I demonstrate initial compliance with the emission and operating limitations?
40 C.F.R. § 63.6130
You must demonstrate initial compliance with each emission and operating limitation that applies to you according to Table 4 of this subpart.
You must submit the Notification of Compliance Status containing results of the initial compliance demonstration according to the requirements in § 63.6145(f).
