§63.5692. How do I know if my boat manufacturing facility is a new source or an existing source?

A boat manufacturing facility is a new source if it meets the criteria in paragraphs (a)(1) through (3) of this section.
You commence construction of the affected source after July 14, 2000.
It is a major source.
It is a completely new boat manufacturing affected source where no other boat manufacturing affected source existed prior to the construction of the new source.
For the purposes of this subpart, an existing source is any source that is not a new source.
