§63.2982. What parts of my plant does this subpart cover?
40 C.F.R. § 63.2982
This subpart applies to each new, reconstructed, or existing affected source. The affected source (the portion of your plant covered by this subpart) is each wet-formed fiberglass mat drying and curing oven.
An affected source is a new affected source if you commenced construction of the affected source after May 26, 2000, and you meet the applicability criteria in § 63.2981 at start-up.
An affected source is reconstructed if you meet the criteria as defined in § 63.2.
An affected source is existing if it is not new or reconstructed.
