§63.215. What General Provisions apply to me?
40 C.F.R. § 63.215
All the provisions in 40 CFR part 61, subpart A of this chapter, apply to this subpart.
The provisions in subpart A of this part also apply to this subpart as specified in paragraphs (b)(1) through (4) of this section.
The general applicability provisions in § 63.1(a)(1) through (8) and (13) through (14).
The specific applicability provisions in § 63.1(b) through (e) except for the reference to § 63.10 for recordkeeping procedures.
The construction and reconstruction provisions in § 63.5 except for the references to § 63.6 for compliance procedures and the references to § 63.9 for notification procedures.
The specific notification procedure of § 63.9(j) and (k) relating to a change in major source status.
