§63.1301. Standards for rebond foam production.
40 C.F.R. § 63.1301
Each owner or operator of a new or existing rebond foam affected source shall comply with the provisions in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section.
A HAP or HAP-based material shall not be used as an equipment cleaner at a rebond foam source.
A HAP-based mold release agent shall not be used in a rebond foam source.
