§63.11580. What are my compliance dates?
40 C.F.R. § 63.11580
If you own or operate an existing affected source, you must achieve compliance with the applicable provisions in this subpart no later than December 30, 2010.
If you start up a new affected source on or before December 30, 2009, you must achieve compliance with this subpart no later than December 30, 2009.
If you start up a new affected source after December 30, 2009, you must achieve compliance with this subpart upon startup of your affected source.
