§63.11143. What General Provisions apply to this subpart?

40 C.F.R. § 63.11143

(a)

All the provisions in part 61, subpart A of this chapter apply to this subpart.

(b)

The provisions in subpart A of this part, applicable to this subpart are specified in paragraphs (b)(1) and (2) of this section.

(c)

Section 63.11885 specifies which parts of the General Provisions in subpart A of this part apply to you.
