§62.602. Effective date.
40 C.F.R. § 62.602
The effective date of EPA approval of the plan is November 19, 1999.
The effective date of the plan submitted on July 24, 2018, by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for municipal solid waste landfills is August 27, 2020.
