Identification of plan—negative declaration. Letter from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, submitted March 1, 2011, certifying that there are no Hospital Medical Infectious Waste Incinerators subject to 40 CFR part 60, subpart Ce of this chapter. Submission included a negative declaration, supporting state documentation, and request for EPA withdrawal of EPA's prior plan approval for HMIWI Units.
Effective date. The effective date of the negative declaration and EPA withdrawal of the prior plan approval is December 24, 2013.
