§62.15990. By what date must I conduct the initial air pollution control device inspection and make any necessary repairs?

You must conduct an air pollution control device inspection according to § 62.16015(c) by the final compliance date as specified in § 62.15875. For air pollution control devices installed after the final compliance date, you must conduct the air pollution control device inspection within 60 days after installation of the control device.

Within 10 operating days following the air pollution control device inspection under paragraph (a) of this section, all necessary repairs must be completed unless you obtain written approval from the Administrator establishing a date whereby all necessary repairs of the SSI unit must be completed.
