§62.15935. How do I maintain my operator qualification?
40 C.F.R. § 62.15935
To maintain qualification, you must complete an annual review or refresher course covering, at a minimum, the five topics described in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section:
Update of regulations;
Incinerator operation, including startup and shutdown procedures, sewage sludge feeding and ash handling;
Inspection and maintenance;
Prevention of malfunctions or conditions that may lead to malfunction; and
Discussion of operating problems encountered by attendees.
